J. D. Smith General Contractors, LLC uses the details you send through the inquiry form to review your project and respond to your inquiry.

What you send

The form asks where the project is, what work you have in mind, how far along your plans are, your preferred timing, and your budget if you know it. It also asks for your name and email. A phone number is optional. Please leave out bank details and other sensitive information.

Who can see it

Submitted inquiries are stored in an inbox that only the site owner can access. Your contact details are used to discuss your project.

What happens when you submit

Sending the form saves your inquiry to the owner’s inbox. When email alerts are enabled, your project and contact details are also sent to the company by email using Resend. You won’t receive an automatic email confirmation. You can download a copy of your project details after submitting.

Sending an inquiry does not book a job, confirm a start date, or set a price.

Before you submit

You can close the form without sending it. Unsent entries stay on the page until you reload it. Downloading your project details without submitting does not send an inquiry.

You can email [email protected] to ask us to correct or delete an inquiry. Keep the reference number so the right record can be found.

Website services

The website has no advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Its hosting, sign-in, and email delivery services process the information needed to run the site, protect access, and deliver project inquiries.
